This accommodation can be suitable for everyone, but also especially for families with strollers, golfers, the elderly or people with reduced mobility, but not for people in wheelchairs.

Bus stop 300 metres directly in the holiday village. Train station stop 15 minutes walk.

Free shuttle train from April to the end of September to take you to the beach for free in 5 minutes and then back to your apartment.

ARRIVAL: The reception on site + the presentation of the apartment + the handing over of the keys are provided by Olivier our service provider/concierge specialised in luxury hotels. Payment of the cleaning deposit of 70 € (returned if the cleaning is done at the end of the stay).

Arrival between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. BIG until September (and 9 p.m. in low season). Beyond 11 p.m., tenants must make their own arrangements.

DEPARTURE: the inventory of fixtures and the collection of the keys are provided by Olivier, our service provider. Return of the deposit.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

Heated swimming pool (Le Grand Bleu) is open from 8 April to 6 November. Californian swimming pool from 13 May to 29 September. From 9 am to 8 pm in season. The Access Pass to all swimming pools for 4 or 5 people is provided for the months of April to October.

The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 57 km from the accommodation, a 1-hour drive away. Direct train (or bus) from Nice train station to Dramont station (at the foot of the village) in about 1 hour 30 minutes.

If you don't want to take care of the cleaning, we can take care of it up to 50 €. Contact me. A cleaning deposit of 70 € will be paid on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you if the apartment is returned tidy and clean.
