Such a beautiful little cabin nestled in the mountains. It was very comfortable and accommodating. The peace we felt there was awesome. Host was kind and welcoming. Perfect little getaway. Views from the cabin were breathtaking. Definitely at the top of our vacation experiences. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back soon. Thank you! (Bear in mind, this literally is a cabin in the woods. I would recommend stopping by the grocery store BEFORE heading to the cabin. It is a 20 min drive to go back.)
This property is set in the most beautiful and peaceful location. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. An amazing weekend. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Spot, Amazing Views, Peaceful and Serene
We really enjoyed everything about our stay. It was tricky finding the place in the rain and dark, so we recommend arriving in daytime if possible. Once we had the route down, though, it was a breeze. Reasonable driving distance to shopping and amenities. The cabin itself is well-stocked with everything we needed, was cutely decorated, and felt cozy and like home. The views were spectacular and it was incredibly quiet at night. Highly recommend and would love to go back someday. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
We had wonderful experience here. The quiet, serene location is the draw for this place. The home itself is small, but adequate. The bedroom is big with a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is very small and might lack some items necessary for meal preparation. Living room furniture is comfortable. There is a television in the living room, but it only has a DVD player connected to it. If you care for entertainment otherwise, bring a Firestick or Roku device.
The real draw for this place is the location. It is away from any city noise and the dark sky is amazing. You can sit on the deck and watch for wildlife. we saw deer and Jack rabbits, in addition to the horses on property. This is a great place to unwind and leave your everyday cars behind.
This property is a bit of a drive and rather far from restaurants, etc. In return you stay in a place that's both private and expansive in view. We saw an astonishing number of wild animals, including a black bear on the road.
Inside it's thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Better than I had anticipated. A quiet place to read or watch the stars. It should be noted that although the kitchen is adequate for small breakfasts and light cooking, it's not equipped for serious meal-making.
