This property is conveniently located; great area to take a walk/run. Proximity to Spinnaker Cove, Marine Stadium, parks, and bike paths. Not only will you love the area, you will feel quite at home - large home with lots of square footage, yet still cozy. Gated community boasting a community pool and hot tub. A real find!
