About this property

Casa Bonita - OCEAN FRONT - Shacks Beach

The remodel is ahead of schedule, and we are accepting bookings after Nov 15, 2026. The only work that remains are the installation of the new kitchen cabinets, counter top and backsplash. All other construction is complete...... We are remodeling and converting the two separate units into one deluxe 3BR unit. If you have stayed with us before, the bedrooms of CB2 will remain the same. Queen and Twins. The kitchen will be moved to the CB1 living room area and the common wall in front of the new kitchen will be removed. The CB1 bedroom has been enlarged and will have a king bed and private bath. Upstairs is owner's unit and is not rented. Stay tuned for new pictures and floor plan.

Casa Bonita is a luxurious home overlooking pool and ocean at world famous Shacks Beach. Located beach front on the point next to the sandy swimming beach, you will find no better location. Snorkel the great Blue Hole, surf, SUP, kite, or just relax by the pool. Awesome views, covered terraces, BBQ, AC, WIFI. Home is gated, private, with incredible landscaping. Just 10 minutes from the airport (BQN) or a manageable drive from San Juan (2 hours +/-). No heavy party'rs please. We are a quiet resort. Weekly bookings. 3pm Saturday to 10am Saturday only. Why they chose this property

We bought our property at Shacks Beach simply because there is no better ocean front location in Puerto Rico. As you can see in the photo's, the beauty speaks for itself. The ocean at Shacks provides every recreational activity imaginable. Swimming, surfing, SUP, kite and windsurfing, snorkeling and diving. Conditions here are world class.
