This updated townhouse, located on 16th St., just one block from the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, is a relaxing getaway the whole family will enjoy! Sunburst 110 is a beachy, three-level, three-bedroom townhouse close to all of the downtown attractions. Recently constructed in 2014, this 1,300-square-foot property is located super close to the many shops, restaurants, and daytime and nightlife activities that the area offers. Updated features abound in every room, such as the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar with three barstools. Kick back in the adjoining living room to watch a good movie or ballgame on the flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the balcony overlooking Philadelphia Ave., the perfect place for watching classic cars during Cruisin' Ocean City or Endless Summer Cruisin'.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This house was horrible. No kitchen utensils to cook with. The living room furniture was stained and disgusting. We had pillows on our beds that were completely flat. The bathroom vent in the ceiling leaked on the toilet, and on you if you had to use the it. Contacted guest services and they never came to check on it or fix it. We had no hand soap in bathroom. No extra blankets. I could go on and on...

Great location and lots of space.

Apart from a few items that were outdated, and in less than perfect condition. The entire space was very clean, there were more than enough towels and essentials available from the welcome kit, and the location was perfect. Having a garage was extremely helpful when it came to parking. Having a key to the garage door would have been helpful as it was only able to be locked from within the garage.

The property was as listed. One very big pro was the garage. We were there for a softball tournament and it was nice to just pull into the garage and not worry about unpacking unnecessary items from the car. The biggest drawback were the steps to get into the space, they were steep and high over the garage but manageable. The space was clean but the carpets had definitely seen plenty of spills over the years. Terrific location and accessibility to the boardwalk and amenities.

Great location

The property was a large townhouse in a great location, just too short blocks from the beach. Across the street from CVS. The management company was very responsive when I arrived and the coffee maker was broken. They had a new one sent over within a day. I also reported that the unit was very dirty. They offered to send someone over, but we had already unpacked and decided to let it go. The unit was bright and cheery. However, there were multiple things in need of repair and the furnishings were worn. Lots of dust and dirt on the floors, walls, windowsills, vents, entranceway, etc. it was a mixed experience, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Don't stay here

There were reviews that said this place wasn't very clean. That is a huge understatement! This place was/is disgusting. There was so much dust coming out of the air vents that it was blown onto the walls and trim work. Large amounts of dust on the ceiling fan blades. Hand prints and other gunk stuck to the walls etc. We had to wash the pots and pans before we could use them. The beds were hard and the pillows extremely flat and only two per bed. The living room furniture is worn out and low quality. The best way to describe this place, it was like staying in a single, male, college kids apartment who was never taught to cook or clean.

Has potential.. not very clean

This rental is in a great location, very close to the beach/boardwalk and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The property is very nice but clearly not taken care of. The second we got there we realized the cleanliness of the place was not good. The floors were filthy, the bathrooms were not clean, there was dust everywhere. There was even a dried up banana peel stuck to the floor that seemed to have been there for weeks, next to that there was something else on the floor that appeared to be dried vomit. We reached out as soon as we got there to see if someone could come out to clean they said they would send somebody but then nobody came. Over all the place has the potential to be 5 stars but needs a very good deep cleaning and someone to care about the place enough to make sure it’s spotless before your new guests arrive.

I will never stay here again. The place was filthy. The floors had sand all over them. My 3 year old granddaughters feet were black walking barefoot. I had to call and request someone come clean the place..They said someone would be there. Well, they never came. We spent our first day cleaning the floors and bathrooms. I called the next day to demand someone come and scrub the dirty floors. The manager who takes care of this property never called me back . This place isn’t even worth one star.

Disgustingly dirty

The location and addition of 2 garage parking spaces was terrific. When I arrived late at night the exterior lights were not working. It was pitch black and unsafe for me to unload my car up and down the steps. Once inside, the place HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. Everything was dirty. The furniture was stained you could not be used. The beds were to have clean bedding but all of that was on the floor in the bedrooms and only a few sheets left behind. My feet were black after walking on the floor for 20 mins. Things were falling apart, the fridge was not cleaned and smelled. I contacted Vacasa many times while there. I did get some help from the property manager who brought by some new or cleaned bedding and took the old away. She also provided covers for the sofa and loveseat and it smelled as though the floor had been slightly cleaned. Unfortunately the mold and dirt in the bathroom vents remained and dripped on the toliet. The table tops and counters were still dirty. I had to buy cleaning products and spend some of my vacation cleaning before other friends/guests arrived. We could not go barefoot. The garage was full of miscellaneous personal belongings for someone else and had to be moved in order to get both cars in there. Several of us were sick when we arrived back home. I paid a fortunate for this place and absolutely disgusting.

Worst trip

When we got there place was a mess, it was never cleaned. They offered to clean once we were already staying there. We opted for them not too bc I had spent the first 3 hours cleaning. Many things broken. Not worth the money.

Great location

We were in a great location. Close to everything. Board walk and beach a block away. Property could use some sprucing up (fresh paint, repairs, furniture) and could of been a little cleaner.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. It was as advertised in the listing. Quick walk to boardwalk and the beach. You can set it and forget it with your car and just walk anywhere you need to. The garag My chief complaint was the state of the listing when I arrived. The last renters garbage was not removed. The listing had sand all over it. And yes it is a beach location but a quick sweep that we did the first night took care of the sand. The linens were also dirty.

Lots of minor issues that need to be fixed

No drinking glasses, only 6 forks, no towel bar in bathroom, broken door handles, dresser drawers are falling out when you open them, kitchen table leg is about to fall off, kitchen chair seats are not attached, fridge drawers are broken, trash behind dressers and under bed, disposal doesn't work, one door key for everyone to share, lights not working - maybe a bulb issue, but who knows. The unit is nice on the surface but needs a lot of minor issues repaired. When you are on vacation, you should not have to deal with minor issues. Or, when you call, they should have better customer follow-up. The unit faces the main road but we did not have any issues with noise at night so that's a plus.
