- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and en-suite full shower.
- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160x200 cm).
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140x200 cm) and single bed (90x200 cm).
Another full shower accessible from the living room.

➡ 1 spacious living room : Relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV offering over 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen : Stove, pots, plates, utensils, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. Prepare delicious meals here.

In case of neighborhood or police complaints, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund possibility. The security deposit will be retained. ➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children."

Arrival Day and Supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included. Please leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste.
