The home is located within 3.7 miles of the South Holston Dam, Weir Dam, Lakeview Dock, and the South Holston River; 8.1 miles to downtown Bristol;12.1 miles from BMS. The South Holston River, often referred to as "SoHo” is a tailwater and is known as one of the best fly fishing rivers in the country, with a population of trout around 8,500 fish per mile according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
