LaSolana has it's own Club House, with heated pool and hot tub. All of the amenities of Sun City Grand are available with a CAM card.gyms, indoor and outdoor pools, every activity imaginable. with a CAM card Great weather, great accommodations and great people all rolled into one .Gals in the office are so helpful.
The area is beautifully maintained with a very friendly atmosphere. Folks from around the world play, mix and mingle. Shopping is right around the corner ~ everything from Blockbuster to Pizza to Super Markets and many many fine restaurants. Medical facilities are very nearby. Pickle Ball, soft ball, tennis, bocci, lawn bowling, swimming exercise classes, swimming pools, multiple clubs are available. Biking and walking trails are within the community. Arizona's wonders are fabulous and spectacular side trips on good roads are fun to explore.. from the Grand Canyon to Sedona, Phoenix, Tucson, The Apache Trail is a good take., k
If you are thinking of Buying here, try out Az living first.. You will not be disappointed So much to do and such comfortable accommodations .Flowers abound. Everything is beautiful..
Folks are friendly and helpful. The condominium unit is well stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable. There are 2 computers in the club house to use if you wish. But you have your own Wi-Fi in the unit. If you bring a bike, there are bike racks available. Covered parking for one car is assigned. Guest parking is also available.
Two elevators access the unit. YOUR OWN PRIVATE outside balcony is covered with a high table overlooking the entry for you to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. A separate dining area seats 6. The laundry room is off the bathroom, equipped with a separate washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron are provided.
The bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of room.
