Located in a quiet area, two minutes from the seaside, typical Oléronese property on one level, close to the seaside, on enclosed grounds. Close to the small marina with restaurants, bars, creperie, boat and jet-ski rentals. You will appreciate the cycle paths, the forest, the beach 500m from the house.
The typical village of SAINT GEORGES is located 3 km away, also accessible by bike.

This family house has a large garden with trees and a large terrace under a courtyard, with a large garden table + 2 other tables spread out in different corners of the garden. Everyone will find their own space. It has a large living room with two sofas and TV, attached to the large family kitchen to meet around a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi available.

The kitchen has a fridge and freezer combined, dishwasher, ceramic hob, 1 traditional oven + 1 microwave, 1 host, 1 kettle, 1 Nespresso, 1 filter coffee machine, 1 toaster, 1 teapot.

The house is located in an area where the connection is weak despite the presence of wifi. We prefer to inform you if anyone needs to have a broadband connection for work.

Linen is provided and a cleaning fee of 200 euros is required. Below 7 nights, linen and towels are not provided.
