Gîte "Maison Mer" *** in the Vendée, near the beach: it is a very comfortable house for your holidays with family or friends. We fell in love with this house with so much potential. Its location a few metres from the village, very close to the beaches and especially in the quiet of a small cul-de-sac won us over. We finished the work in June 2023, it is brand new!

THE 105 m² HOUSE is bright, with a modern and tasteful layout, all on the ground floor: The main room is composed of the living room, dining room and open kitchen. Yellow Room: It overlooks the living room, next to the bathroom with 1 bed in 160 cm. Blue Room: Master Suite with 1 double bed in 160 cm and its own bathroom. Green Room: 1 double bed in 160 cm. Bedroom 4: access through bedroom 3, with 1 bunk bed, 2 x 90 cm. All bedding is new and of high quality. Fitted kitchen: large fridge + dishwasher + oven + microwave + coffee maker + nespresso Sheets are provided and all beds are made on arrival. Relax!

GARDEN / OUTDOOR The exterior is totally enclosed. Two vehicles can park at the front of the house. A large car park is also available 300m away. The 18 m² terrace is accessible through the large bay of the living-dining room. Equipped with a parasol + a table and 8 chairs + deckchairs.

LOCATION
The location a few metres from the village, very close to the beaches and especially in the quiet of a small cul-de-sac is ideal. To be 100% on holiday, we suggest you leave the car in the car park and move around by bike. Moreover, there are 3 bicycles at your disposal free of charge at the cottage. You are 5 minutes (by bike) from the beautiful beach of Boisvinet, and the port. A market (every Monday and Wednesday) and the small shopping street 250m away.
