Custom cabinetry and finishes throughout, fully furnished with all amenities you will need, full kitchen with full-sized appliances, master bedroom with custom hand-built queen bed with comfortable Casper mattress and barn doors that open to views of Homer Spit and Kachemak Bay. Full size washer/dryer, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, pantry supplies, coffees/teas/condiments. Private patio/deck overlooking gorgeous 3 acre hillside property and gardens. We perform enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and was ALL bedding including duvet covers after EVERY stay.

Hi! I was born and raised in Wisconsin, spent my college & career days in Colorado, and moved to Homer in 1999. Our home was built in 1995, and in 2012 we built the detached Loft listed here. In 2017 we finished the interior of the Loft in 2017 so we could share the beauty of our property and it's magnificent bay views with friends and guests. I'm passionate about gardening and "making things beautiful".

The slight elevation of this property over the town of Homer affords unobstructed panoramic views of the Homer Spit, Kachemak Bay, mountains/glaciers, islands, Beluga Lake, Bishops Beach, and Mariner Beach. You will not be disappointed!
