This is a great 2 bedroom house located in "the Avenues" of Chico. Both beds have super comfy Sealy Posturepedic queen-sized mattresses.

The house is a 2 minute walk to Enloe Hospital and one mile from Chico State / downtown.

The place comes with typical kitchen cookware, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

There is a large 65" TV with Apple TV and soundbar / subwoofer.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and a nice private sitting area in the backyard.

There is second 2 bedroom house on the same lot that is completely separate from this property that is also available for rent. This could be a great option if you are looking to book a second property with friends or family close by but still want your privacy. The two backyards are connected by a gate.

The home was adorable and very comfortable. Please note there are two homes on the property, this one is accessed through the back ally. My confirmation email with check-in details had a broken link, so I had to call VRBO while standing at the front door to get access. One bed was unmade but there were clean linens in the closet so I simply made the bed. The other bedding was wet in the washing machine so I dried that for whomever stays there next. I would still stay there again. Great location, nice home, all necessary items in the kitchen. Thanks!

Perfect rental!

One of the best rental properties we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many! Chris's property was thoughtfully laid out and really felt like a home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, bathroom essentials provided and kitchen was well equipped. Location was also perfect for us to get to Chico State and we would definitely have walked had it not been in the 90s. I think this will become one of our "go-tos" for visiting.
