The place was cute and clean. Good communication from host. The only complaint would be how the noise from upstairs carried through to our downstairs unit.
We stayed here to visit our daughter who’s in school at Chico. Good location to walk to downtown and campus. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice outdoor space. Easy checkin and check out process and excellent communication with property manager.
We loved staying at this place. So clean and cozy. We felt like home. Very easy to communicate with The owner. My son, daughter in law and myself gives this stay a 10/10!
The floorboard is loose and coming up in the master bedroom near the door. Another safety issue is the shower tub is very slippery. Both of these things need to be attended to ASAP.
Very clean, spacious with fun ammenities, Grill, Firepit, and mini golf putting green.Property Manager was super responsive. Only down side is the noise level- this is a basemet apartment. You can hear the above renters and the street is very busy at night. Probably more appropriate for college age renters.
I recently had an excellent opportunity to attend an arts event in Chico and needed a clean and well-located place to stay. Wow! Did I find the perfect spot!
This dwelling in Central Chico simply cannot be beat. First off, it is absolutely immaculate. The renovations to the home were done with a high level of expertise and the materials, furniture and style are of excellent quality. All the appliances appear to be brand new as well.
You would be hard-pressed to find a better place for a long weekend or more that is located near CSU Chico and the always great Downtown Chico!
I will totally rent this place again.Very clean, well equipped, excellent rental, great location.Only knock is that it’s an old house so it’s not very well insulated between the upstairs and downstairs. Every step the occupants take above you is very noisy. I could even hear the occupant snore in the room above.

I am originally from Humboldt County but my family relocated to Chico about 10 years ago. We love this city, the parks, the nightlife, the restaurants and all that Chico has to offer!
Why they chose this property
Great location close to downtown and walkable to Bidwell park! Once you arrive you may not need to drive your entire stay!
What makes this property unique
This is a newly remodeled home! We completely gutted the property and redid EVERYTHING! It's full of love and care as my husband and father did 90% of all the work.
