This immaculate house will impress you and make your Chico visit memorable as you relax in style. Enjoy the yard and quality furnishings. Annie and Darrin, your hosts, love sharing this unique property with guests who have discriminating taste and a desire to be close to the park and downtown, our two favorite places in Chico. Our perfect day is a walk to the Farmer's Market to get flowers and produce and a walk or picnic in the park.
Annie has been an ESL teacher for many years and an entrepreneur. Darrin is a CPA. When we have free time we love traveling in our RV, visiting our short term rentals, and walking our Black Lab.

Why they chose this property

This house is very unique because it is over 100 years old but has been lovingly remodeled with lovely fixtures. It is just gorgeous. We fell in love with Bidwell Bijou when we first saw her and imagined many guests appreciating a visit to this house when they come to Chico. We dreamed of living in this house in the future when we retire.
