NEW LISTING Six Bedrooms - Private Dock - Steps to the Beach - Sleeps 14

The newly constructed six bedroom five bath home on Tarpon Blvd with a private dock directly across from a short beach access. The beach is less than 100 yards from the house.

The main level has an open living room, kitchen and dining area that opens up to a screened in porch with a outdoor table, seating, and TV.

The main level has four bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. The guest room has a king bed and shared hall bath and the bunk room has two twin beds. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and private bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath. All bedrooms have smart TV's.

Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

This is a beautiful house with ample space for a family vacation. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the house layout with most bedrooms having their own full bathroom, and the close proximity to the beach!

A Wonderful Experience!

What a wonderful way to celebrate my 75th birthday with my children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren It was a beautiful, comfortable home and so near to the beach. Even in a blustery winter weekend we enjoyed the home. the beach and the little ones in the golf cart! Highly recommend!

Perfect For our Family

The only mix up we had was we never (that we found) rec’d an email regarding instructions on the golf cart. We didn’t see any keys at first but my son finally found them in the cup holder. You might want to add a tea kettle and some small saucepans. There were only (that we saw) large pots and frying pans to heat up water for tea. My adult children that stayed in the upstairs king bedroom said the mattress was hard. I probably should have disclosed the stain on the carpet at the top of the stairs that we saw as we took luggage upstairs so you didn’t think we did it . Other than that the place was perfect for our family and very easy access to the beach. It was quiet as well. Everyone said they really enjoyed it. We wud use it again. Thank u

Perfection!

I cannot say enough about this house and the experience we had with the rental company. It was by far one of the best experiences we have ever had. That says a lot as we travel quite a bit. This house was gorgeous, comfortable and felt like home, lacking nothing. The attention to detail left you feeling pampered from the moment you walked in the door. The other 5 couples we were with are already looking for dates to book this home with their families. You had the ocean out your front door and the canal in the back. What a perfectly beautiful setting. The rental agency was in close contact with us checking to see if there was anything we needed. They called us on our way to let us know the AC was a bit warm and they had a service many there already. There were no surprises or disappointments with them. What a wonderful stay!

Really Nice!

This property was just as described, plus a little more. It is situated in an ideal spot on the island with direct access in the back yard to a canal and the beach is a super short walk--practicallly right out the front door. We really enjoyed what this house had to offer. Every room, except the kids room, has an attached bathroom and the common areas are airy and open, which is perfect for family time. I especially loved the backyard and screened in porch. The only reason I give the house 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the added 3% charge. The description is a little misleading about this fee given that VRBO states that the total charge listed includes all taxes and fees. Unfortunately, whatever total is listed does not include the additional 3% charged by the propery management company. When I see the word total, I expect it to be the total. But that's the ONLY complaint with the experience (that, and I could have saved some coins by booking directly through the property management website!). Knowing that, you can't go wrong with the property--it really was as nice as we hoped, and then some!!! Go ahead and book it!

Family Vacation at Fripp

This house was great. There was plenty of room for our extended family get away. Lots of different areas for different age family members to hang out. The house is decorated beautifully! TVs in all bedrooms definitely a plus. The back porch was my favorite place to relax and view all of the wildlife. Great location right across the road from beach access made it a breeze to come and go from the beach with out having to load up the golf cart. My family has being going to Fripp for over 30 years. This is a great rental! Loved the check-in process, the amenity cards were waiting for us at the house. We did also rent the golf cart (which is a 6 seater) that is available with the rental. Had a great time. We will definitely rent this house again.
