A secluded white sand clear water beach, turtle sanctuary and coral reef are steps away from the door.
25 minutes south of Can-Cun airport and only 12 miles from the Quinta Avenida. Surrounded by Luxury hotels, beach clubs and Cirque Du Soleil.

This fabulous condo provides a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, breakfast area, and dinning area for 6 or you can enjoy a nice outdoor breakfast in the terrace.

Enjoy the common area pool, outdoor shower, sitting area. We provide light cleaning service with your stay at no additional cost.

Nice spacious well kept

The location is in a gated community a short walk from the beach. It’s quite quiet. Andrea‘s condo is one of the best spots in the condo building, isolated from the pool area and on the second floor with quiet neighbours above if you want to go shopping or to restaurants, you need a car or take an Uber. There is very little nearby. Andrea is a is a pleasure to communicate with we definitely considering coming back.
