Don't be fooled about the exterior, this place is awesome, it was perfect for the five of us who stayed. We were from TX & Nebraska to attend a family member's funeral, and every night folks wanted to come hang out with us. Everyone complemented how nice and spacious this place was. It was easily accessible to pretty much anywhere you needed to go. We all loved it and should we need to come to Bellville again, this will be our first choice.
Large space for families, but not for those w walking or mobility limitations. Only stairs to get into the place and several step downs in the home. Nicely decorated. Owner responds in timely manner.
Had a good stay but couldn’t control our own thermostat. Had to text Sandra everytime we wanted thermostat moved. I had to text her everyday and then wait for her to get heat going. Also, had issue with heat in the home, and was told somone would come by but never told when, so some random person came into the house while we were gone. We weren't missing anything but it would have been an issue had we were. Overall a good stay but won't stay again because i feel like the owner is too controling. 4 grown men asking mom to turn up the heat gets old.

I appreciate your feedback. Our intentions is not to be controlling at all. Past experience with guest has prompt us to move to code for the thermostat due to putting the system in the wrong mode and having us spend $100's of dollars each time we had to call them. As far as the repairmen we can never know when they can get to us. I let the repairmen in and led them straight into the utility room to correct the issue and we have a good working relationship with them and had no doubt concerning anything would come up missing.
