Beautiful Lake Oconee Golf cottage located in highly sought after Reynolds Landing! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cottage is truly steps away from the golf course and huge recreation area which includes a soccer field, tennis, bocce ball, basketball courts and a playground!

Enjoy a day on the lake with boating, swimming or fishing, hike and walk the over 30 miles of trails or just relax on the porches and enjoy the beautiful area of Reynolds Landing and Lake Oconee.

Located just 5 miles from the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee as well as many excellent restaurants and fun shopping locations.

This newly furnished golf cottage is a premier vacation property! The Master bedroom hosts a king size bed and en suite bathroom all on the main floor. Open floor plan has a beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room with a fantastic stack stoned fireplace. The main floor also has a 1/2 bathroom and full size laundry with a full size washer and dryer. Two additional bedrooms upstairs that feature a queen size bed, full size bed and a twin bed.

Front porch and large screened in back porch is very large and private, both offering plenty of space to relax! Located walking distance to all of the Landing Amenities and Lakeside Pavilion! Including Playground, Bocce Court, Soccer field, Club House, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts and the Landing Golf Course!

Note** Reynolds Golf Course, Pool and Restaurant are restricted to Members only. However, you have full access to lake/dock and Reynolds golf courses are very close.

This cottage has PLENTY of space for golf groups or families.

The Marina at Reynolds Landing offers boat rentals!

We stayed for the weekend to watch our daughter play in a golf tournament at The Landing. It was perfectly located to the course and clubhouse! Lovely home and Jennifer was great about responding to questions!

Ga getaway

We were in Ga for a family wedding. We had a number of issues with the house not being clean, but the owner responded quickly and reimbursed us for our stay. It appeared that there was some kind of mix up with our stay, but she made it right and was very apologetic.. after all was said and done our family had a wonderful time.

Great Cottage

We really enjoyed staying here. The open kitchen-den area is perfect for hanging out together, the screened porch is nice, and the ample parking right out front makes for easy in and out. The location - across from a lovely soccer/football/etc. field and other amenities - is a real bonus.

Longtime friend golf weekend

Reserved this having been to Reynolds a few times for a golf weekend. Pictures are accurate and location is fantastic. Less than 5 minute walk to one of the pools and golf courses. Unfortunately, our tee time got rained out so instead we enjoyed the sunroom/covered back patio, the front porch, and the very comfortable couches. Would recommend to a friend and would rent again. Thanks Jennifer!

House was great! Property Manager not so great!!

When getting there was told that keys would be available and they weren’t. We had to call property manager she pulled up to the house and honked her horn at us to come to her car to get the keys instead of making sure we got in. When entering, house was pretty clean minus the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and food from previous occupants in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets. You pay a cleaning fee so you’d think that would be taken care of. Also, when renting the house there was a picture of a pool (which has since been taken down) and a description of a pool in information but when we tried to get into pool we were denied access because a card was needed to enter, which wasn’t given to us. We reached out to property manager (sending a couple of messages) and didn’t hear back from her for at least 24 hours. She told us to say we were her and give her number to the pool attendant, which seemed very odd. Had upset kids because they couldn’t swim. There was no welcome packet that tells us WiFi codes or information about boat rentals or local spots to visit, grocery info...which would’ve been helpful. (There were food menus.) The day before our drip ended we received a rude text telling us that we didn’t return the keys to the house. We informed the property manager that we didn’t leave until the next day and we got a return text that said “duh”. She called my husband “hubby” which I feel was unprofessional. Beautiful house but maybe the property manager needs a little help with etiquette.

We are so sorry your experience was less than you had hoped! When I dropped off the keys I was trying to be respectful of your privacy so handed them to a member of your party knowing they would give access. The welocme packet was on the dining room table and the WiFI password is framed on the wall..sorry you missed those! I am also sorry if the text seemed rude as was not inteneded to be, but texting can sometimes appera as such. Using the term "hubby" was menat to be a term of endearment. I did have your check-out day wrong and as such used "duh" referring to myself as being wrong. Being a CEO of a large company I can assure you professionalism is not an issue, I was being more causal and friendly versus prpfessional and made a mistake as I should have remained the opposite. I do hope you had a great time! Thank you!
