With over 150 acres , miles of trails, and a well stocked private lake you are sure to have an amazing visit!

Lake House has two king bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, and a sleeping loft with a queen bed.

Your well behaved dogs are welcome to visit too!

Our 160 acres of lush rolling hay fields and miles of wilderness horse trails make for a perfect getaway.

Bring your horse with you! Select cabins have built-in stalls and private pastures. Or if you are an experienced rider you may be able to trail ride on one of our horses!

Lizardsniffer has a private lake available to all guests.

Soak up some rays while floating by the sand beach or take one of the kayaks out for a little spin.

Well stocked with trophy bass, crappie, and bluegill, you're sure to enjoy your time casting.

What makes this property unique

Close to popular wedding venues such as Corry House and Wildflower 301 as well as popular ATV adventure destination Durhamtown. Close to Reynolds and Augusta for golf and Lake Oconee for large lake fun. Or enjoy the tranquility of Lizardsniffer and just relax and enjoy our small stocked lake for fishing and beach fun.
