The home offers a saltwater heated pool with an auto safety cover, outdoor shower, hot tub, huge travertine patio, built-in grill, and a fire pit for all day relaxation and fun. The house has 6 bedrooms.
The first floor features a kitchen, dining room, fireplaced living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also a room with a sleeping sofa and a full bathroom on this floor.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a gas fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and tiled glass shower. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, third bedroom has another king size bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor as well.
There is a fully finished basement with abundant play space and a bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a laundry and half bathroom located in the basement
This house is located steps from the Dennis Pond and a short drive to the ocean beaches.

No linens/towels are provided, only pillows and blankets. You can bring your own or rent linens are Cape Linen Rentals.

No Smoking. Accommodations are not offered to college students.

Great way to spend a week of the Cape!

The house and grounds were as advertised and the pool was a big hit with the little and old ones! The house location makes it easy to get to the beaches and even drive out to Provincetown for the day.

Perfect family reunion home

This home is a perfect venue for a family reunion. It is very roomy and the basement game room was a big hit with all ages. We all had a lot of fun in the gorgeous pool. The location is perfect- close to beaches and towns and walking distance to the beautiful Dennis pond. Highly recommend!

Staycation - at someone else's home!

The home we rented was outstanding: heated salt water pool; hot tub, fire pit, built in barbecue grill - and a basement level with several games (pool,ping pong, etc.). Our children and grandkids spent hours enjoying all the amenities and beautifully manicured property. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a true home away from home!

We had the most wonderful week. The home, property, and proximity to everything was perfect. There was so much to do at the house that we were perfectly happy staying home to enjoy the pool and the game room if we did not feel like going to the beach. Great kitchen and common areas. The owners really thought of everything and made the whole process easy. A definite must stay.

Awesome family vacation!

My husband and I took my mom, our kids, and our siblings and their families (total of 15 people, from 7 years old to 80 years old) to the Cape for the week. This house could not have been more perfect- always something for the cousins to do, plenty of space for the adults to relax and read or whatever. The pool, in particular, was a hit with one and all. The whole vacation was awesome from start to finish!

Amazing pool and fire pit

As soon as we pulled up the landscaping is beautiful. The house doesn’t disappoint with outstanding features pool, fire pit ( our favorite) game room , the pool house was a nice addition too. No need to venture out because this place will definitely keep you entertained.

Wonderful Yarmouth Gem!

We had a wonderful stay and this amazingly appointed home. From the beautiful main home to the basement game room, pool, quaint pool house and beautiful yard, my family and friends annoyed it all. Mikhail is a great host and very communicative. Ideal mid cape location as we did activities in Provincetown, Chatham, Harwich and Mashpee. Quiet street location to feel like a real getaway. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Home With A Ton of Amenities

My family and I just stayed at this property to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was gorgeous, very clean and well kept, and the owner Mikhail was lovely and very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. We barely needed to leave the house given all of the amenities offered (heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, basement game room and a ton of lawn games)! We appreciated that paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, pool toys, and beach chairs were all provided. Please note that you will have to bring or rent linens and bathroom towels separately as they are not provided. Mikhail was happy to give us the address and entry code to the front door a bit early so that we could set things up with the linen rental company. Five stars for sure!

Cape Getaway 2021

This newly remodeled house has the newest high-grade finishing touches that made it perfect for our family vacation. Located on a secluded dead-end road of newly built homes, it has plenty of space, privacy and entertainment options for the young and old. The outdoor grill and eating area are very nice as are the fire pit and inground pool. Close to biking trails, Stop & Shop and great restaurants in Hyannis.

Excellent Family House

We had an excellent week at this house with our family and extended family. The pool area is wonderful for kids and for outdoor activity and dining. The house itself was recently worked on and is very clean and has modern amenities like smart TV's in all bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a great deal.
