Cotuit Home with an Inground Pool less One Block from the Beach

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished single family on a cul de sac, 6 bedroom/4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathroom plus an outdoor shower.  There is three bedrooms with a king size bed and en suite bathroom Two bedrooms have two bunk beds in each room with the top bunk being a twin and bottom a double. The last bedroom has a queen bed. The house is comfortable place for sleeping 16 people.  The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and a gas fireplace . The family room has beautiful views of the pond The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with Viking appliances ,and there gas grill on the deck .  Situated a block from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of kayaking and later watch the sunset from the deck overlooking our pond
