Beautiful home located on Deer Isle! The home was spacious and clean. One of our favorite parts of the home was the pantry with the large assortment of dishes! Would definitely stay there again!
Several friends and family stayed in this gorgeous, spacious and comfortable Maine house for 3-5 days. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the elegant but not fancy dining room. The kitchen is fabulous for cooking and it is supplied w everything! The porch is lovely and the teenagers enjoyed eating in the porch. The living room is beautiful furnished w subdued colors. My friends would love to return. It is a very special home!

Thank you for your lovely review Pattie! We are delighted that you had a lovely stay!
This is a genuine antique home that has been renovated stylishly, leaving many of the original features intact. The kitchen is a new remodel with high end appliances and most dishware and cooking supplies you’d need, the beds are comfortable, the dining room is gorgeous, and the living room is a welcoming place to relax. This house can accommodate quite a large family gathering. There are several quirks, like the awkward placement of the microwave on the floor of the mud room, the television we had to purchase a subscription to use, the iffy cleanliness of the only full bath, and the constant traffic noise, that keep me from leaving a fully glowing review. Deer Isle is a glorious place, and the location of this house makes visiting the entire area easy.
An old farmhouse tastefully updated with modern working kitchen, comfortable, quality bedding, great dining room. Walking distance to main street and close to all there is to admire on the beautiful Deer Isle. Thoughtfully equiped with puzzles and out door play equipment. The only downside was having the main bath on the second floor with a lone powder room on the first. The steep staircase was difficult,to navigate for the older adults.
