Premium 3 Bedroom Golf Villa - 5 Minute Walk To Beach
Hilton Head Island has long been recognized as one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year round family, golf and tennis vacations.
Sea Pines is a gated community that is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of pedestrian and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve and an equestrian stable.
Plantation Club is conveniently located in the center of Sea Pines close to the beach and the many amenities of Harbour Town. It is a short walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops. It's a short ride to South Beach with its signature marina, live entertainment, shops, restaurants and the iconic Salty Dog Cafe.
Our villa is close to Harbour Town with its scenic Yacht Basin, signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Golfers can play Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. Tennis enthusiasts can play on 23 championship clay courts at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, rated one of the nation's best teaching facilities.
Our villa is a five minute walk to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer a pool, one of Plantation Club's two unsupervised community pools is 100 yards from our front door. It's a great alternative to a day at the beach.
If you want to explore the Plantation's many miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented at the Sea Pines Bicycle Rental Shop adjacent to the property.
Our villa is an 1,800 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse that was completely renovated in early 2022 and will be be brand new when you arrive. It is on the 9th green of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point golf courses from the comfort of our rear patio, It is a one minute walk to the Plantation Golf Center where you can play both courses.
Premium amenities include a new furnishings throughout, custom kitchen with premium wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, custom bathrooms, white oak floors,. High Def TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service. A second HVAC system for the second floor bedrooms was installed in 2023 to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay in our villa.
The main floor includes a spacious living room and dining area leading to the rear patio, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bathroom.
There are three large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, full bath with a walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has two double size beds, TV and full bath with a combination tub/shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath with a walk-in shower.
Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.
