Modern Serenity in the Heart of "Corona del Mar"

Our home is unique in many ways. Its open and airy main floor floods the home with natural light. The main floor houses the living, dining, integrated kitchen, laundry, powder room and guest suite. The second floor is where you'll nest in the master bedroom and bathroom with an inviting soaking tub. Our naturally lit basement has a family room and third bedroom + bathroom. Our front patio and fire pit is a cozy gathering place to relax at the end of the day. The side yard has an outdoor dining table perfect for warm summer nights. We also provide a single carport. Our home is located in the heart of the village and is walking distance to world class beaches, shops, fine dining, bars, parks, cinema, and Fashion Island.

All around Excellent!

Fast and convenient communication with host. Home had plenty of space for entertaining plus a fully stocked kitchen. Front patio fire pit zone was fun to sit at anytime with or without the fire lit. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had sufficient street parking plus 1 reserved carport space in the alley.

This place was perfect

We loved everything about Stacey’s house. It’s in a great location with a lot of great restaurants around and an easy walk to the beach. It’s a modern, clean house with lots of natural light and a great feel about it. We felt safe and secure here. There is a carport that can fit a large car too. We travelled with our kids - aged 3 and 8 and they loved the basement because it’s a nice handout area for kids and has a TV and piano. There’s also a great bedroom for kids but they chose to sleep in the bedroom on the main level and made use of the awesome LED lights that lit up the bedroom (you don’t have to use these if you don’t want to). The master is on the top level and had an ensuite - it felt like a nice parents retreat! We really felt like home in this house and were sad to leave. Stacey was always quick to respond to any communication. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Stacey for having us to stay.

Great Location!

Beautiful modern aesthetic in this very clean home. Close to everything, easy parking and great front yard fire pit. Perfect home for our family of 5, will definitely book again.

Lovely home!

We had 7 adults staying in the house. This house had tons of privacy with each bedroom and bathroom on a different level. The basement space is great for children or teens! The home is modern and beautiful. The owners we close by and easy to communicate with!

Lovely stay

Beautiful designer home with attention to detail. Mid century high end furnishings and minimalist design create a peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for my adult a daughters working remotely, walks to beach and Zinc cafe. My brother made paella on the fire pit out front for a nice evening family gathering outdoors. Clean and stress free. A/C was really nice to have (but doesn’t circulate to first level bedroom very well.) Overall, it was a minor issue. Otherwise, just wonderful. Highly recommend!
