Overall good

Toilet was leaking and asked not to use it. Couldn’t get plumber out till the day we left.

Wouldn’t recommend

Dirty rental property, bathrooms dirty, walls throughout unit dirty with debris and good. Vents throughout are filthy and covered with debris. no tv in the guest bedroom, very small tv in the main bedroom. You can hardly see it from the bed. No chairs on balcony. Air conditioner didn’t work the first 25+ hours we were there. The pictures online are deceiving. We’ve stayed in Florida at many different rental properties and never have had any problems. This one was awful.

The pictures and descriptions online are accurate to the best of our knowledge. A TV is not shown to be offered in the guest room or chairs on the balcony. We hope that the return of the cleaning fee and a percentage of your first night's stay because of the air conditioning unit not working properly provided some compensation for your discomfort and frustration. Unit was close to beach and was easy to locate. We were impressed with the facility and the items that were available for us to use during our stay. Will certainly use Realjoy again!
