"Beach Villa Baabe 5 - Meeresglück" Close to the beach, this apartment offers everything your heart desires!

In the great sauna you can really get away from the stresses of everyday life. Our spa shower is a real highlight. For guests with a physical handicap grab bars were installed in the shower and on the toilet bowl in guest bathroom. There is also a shower stool is available.
Get introduced on the balcony the sun shine on your skin and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
For the cold season the fireplace for warm evenings provides.
The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, so the joint preparation of delicious dishes nothing stands in the way.
Overall, in the apartment found 6 people. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In addition there is the living area with a sofa bed for two more people.
Dogs are allowed, so you do not have to dispense with your loved one.

Villa Baabe

Angenehmes Apartment mit moderner Ausstattung, dennoch gab es einige Mängel:1. Nur ein Schlüssel für 5 Personen, der auch für die Garage diente – das machte die Organisation beim Verlassen der Wohnung kompliziert.2. Insgesamt über 15 E-Mails, in denen man sich nur schwer zurechtfinden konnte – es war leicht, dabei einen Fehler zu machen.3. Bettwäsche war nicht im Preis inbegriffen, was nicht klar ersichtlich war, und musste zudem in einem anderen Ort bestellt und abgeholt werden – ungewöhnlich und zeitraubend.4. Extrem schmale und kurvige Einfahrt zur Garage – zwar in der Beschreibung erwähnt, aber unverständlich eng; alternativ muss man 80 EUR für einen Parkplatz auf einem leeren Platz unter Bäumen bezahlen.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell. Es war alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub so braucht. Kleinigkeiten ( wie Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspültaps ) kann man sich ja kaufen. Aber das ist jammern aufs hohe Niveau. Vermisst haben wir auch Auflagen für die Terassenstühle. Ansonsten war es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, super gelegen. Wir würden Jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist im Winter echt toll und wir haben sie mehrfach genutzt. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Der Ort war weihnachtlich geschmückt und wir haben die winterliche Ruhe sehr genossen.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht

Die Lage direkt am Meer ermöglichte die ersten Spaziergänge am Strand schon vor dem ersten Kaffee. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet!

Super Unterkunft, strandnah, modern

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub als Familie mit 4 Personen + Hund in der Unterkunft genossen. Sehr gute Lage. Nah zum Strand. Schöne Wohnung, noch recht neu. Sauna vorhanden, aber nutzten wir nicht. Lt. Gästebuch sind Hunde oft willkommen. So auch unserer. Check-in bzgl. Kurkarte funktionierte nicht, da der Link seitens der Kurverwaltung nicht wie angekündigt per Email kam. Vermietung half dann per Email und ich konnte die Kurkarten bei der Kurverwaltung abholen. Allerdings sind das Sachen, womit ich mich beim Kurzurlaub nicht noch beschäftigen möchte. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung selbst war so weit ok. Es gab verschiedene Sachen die mir persönlich nicht gefallen haben. Fernseher ging nicht wurde getauscht, Internetgeschwindigkeit naja Netflix blieb immer wieder stehen. Möbel soweit ok. Ich persönlich werde nicht wieder Mieten da ich nicht im Ansatz in die Tiefgarage gekommen wäre.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt eingerichtet. Hervorstechende Sauberkeit, gute Raumaufteilung und gemütliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre haben gleich Urlaubstimmung aufkommen lassen. Wiederholenswert und weiter zu empfehlen!

Wohnung war sauber, aber an einigene Stellen gab es diverse Benutzungsschäden wie Blut bzw. Löcher an Bettdecken. Was besonders Unschön war, ist dass die Vormieter zum Teil das Geschirr und die Töpfe recht schmutzig hinterlassen haben.

Alles ok bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und komplett gut ausgestattet. Leider war sie aber teilweise nicht so sauber. Hinter der Schlafzimmertür lagen einige größere Staubflocken und auch im Wohnbereich war es an einigen Stellen ziemlich staubig. Trotzdem planen wir aber schon, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. Preis/Leistung war ok.

Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung, nur leider für unsere Vorstellung ein bisschen klein, wenige Schränke oder ablege Möglichkeiten. Lage war super. Das Parkhaus ist auch sehr eng geschnitten.

Alles sehr schön

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Was ich nicht gut finde man hat ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage aber wenn man da nicht rein passt da das Auto zu groß ist muss man ein kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz am Tag 15€ anmieten finde ich nicht sehr kundenfreundlich nicht jeder fährt ein kleines Auto. Das müsste man ändern das man dann diesen Stellplatz umsonst bekommt.
