The second floor has a bedroom with a king-sized bed, and two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds. There is an updated and tiled full bathroom on each level. A cozy and rustic living room with oversized sectional is perfect for conversation, napping or binge watching your favorite shows! Bright and open kitchen is well equipped and large enough to cook for the crowd. This roomy home also has an over-sized sunroom with sofas for gathering or lounging, a large dining table and sliding doors that open to a patio. A bonus gathering space includes a tiki bar lounge to hang out and create your own fun theme night parties. Please note during the summer season June 26 - September 4 this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM the following Saturday

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
