The most amazing VRBO we have ever stayed in during all our trips! The view overlooking the water with boats and cruise ships was simply beautiful! Everything was so clean!!Beyond Perfection!! No wonder this property is busy!! We hated to leave this slice of Paradise but we will never forget the special time we had at Seaview Guest Suite 1!!

The property was absolutely beautiful with amazing views of Puget Sound. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The unit is very clean and cozy, yet spacious and very nicely decorated. Martie and Dennis were the perfect hosts, very responsive to any need and ensured that every detail was handled.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay with great access to “all the things”. The view is what makes this space special. One thing to note is that this unit is attached to the owners property and the outdoor space is common space for all. This can make it seem not quite as private, if you’d like to have curtains, doors open to enjoy the views.

Lovely spot to stay

The property is secluded, quiet, and has a beautiful view of Puget Sound. It is also convenient to get to shopping and food. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was too cold when we were there to spend much time outside, but we would if we were there in warmer seasons. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay at Seattle Luxury Estate

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding VRBO rental. We had an awesome experience -- everything from the check-in, to parking, to the rental space, to checkout was excellent, due to host's excellent communication with us. This rental property was perfect for our stay with amazing views of the Puget Sound. We enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything that was listed or portrayed in VRBO listing was exactly what we experienced. We definitely will stay at this rental the next time we visit the Seattle area.

Beautiful View

Property was clean, hosts were gracious, beautiful sunsets. What more could we ask for? We really enjoyed how accessible this spot was with only one step to get in, and a level living/sleeping area. We had a nice quiet night after watching a beautiful sunset. 100% returning!

Quiet coastal getaway

This is a beautiful property. It was a wonderful, relaxing, quiet end of the day after running around Seattle. The view is gorgeous as is the interior of the unit. I actually thought it was much nicer than the pictures show. There is a train track that runs just below the property, but we could barely hear it when we were inside. We enjoyed the fireplaces, both inside and out. We would stay here again and again!

Truly outstanding

This guesthouse exceeded all expectations, truly a beautiful property with almost every amenity you would need. Outstanding access to Carkeek Park, and a great playground with basketball courts just next door. A great home base for Northwest Seattle with good access to Ballard, Greenwood, Phinney, and Fremont. Maybe a little far from downtown but going through Interbay is often a lot less traffic than I-5.Marti and Dennis were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend.

View was beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood. What was slightly off-putting were the "notes" left in each room that perhaps were meant to be helpful. However, every room had 3-5 rules in various places - where to put pillows and comforter, not to put suitcase on the bed, etc. My strong suggestion is to compile these rules into one page and then let your guests relax.
