Superb fully air-conditioned villa of 120m2 on two levels with a garden of 2000m2 and secure swimming pool.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor, you will enter a main room with a comfortable and warm living room conducive to relaxation and evenings with family or friends.

A dining room that can accommodate 8 guests will be the ideal place to share convivial moments.

Do you like to take the time to cook during your holiday? An adjoining kitchen has all the necessary equipment and materials to prepare tasty meals.

Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

The first has a Queen size bed and plenty of storage.
The second is equipped with a queen size bed and a large closet.

A bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet complete the ground floor.

You will also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, and everything you need for your laundry.

Upstairs, two attic bedrooms under the sloping ceiling.
The first with a 160x200 bed and storage space, the second with a king size bed. An extra sofa bed is also in the bedroom.

A second bathroom with bathtub and a second separate toilet at your disposal upstairs.

Outside, enjoy a lush garden of 2000m2 and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with plancha, brazier and pizza oven. Two large terraces are at your disposal for your meals.

A secure 6x12m swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-October will delight young and old alike. You can relax around the pool on the deckchairs.

For your summer evenings, a petanque court is at your disposal.
