Great location with several towns nearby for dinner and drinks. Great that each bedroom had bathrooms. Kayaks for lake adventures. Large communal area for watching football or movies.

perfect getaway for family get together

For the price, you can't beat the place to stay at with a large family. We had multi generational group that included 5 adults and 2 kids. There was something to do for all ages and neat places nearby for the entire family.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for a family get away. The house was plenty big and the kids loved the game room. They also enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The house was located close to Erie & Buffalo and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great time at 6444

Great weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for 4 couples and a weekend away. The view from the porch was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Family Vacation 2023

I am from Chautauqua county originally so for me this was my first time home since 2019. The kids love the lake and we had a great stay and the comfortable homey feeling of this house was perfect for our family.

Wonderful home

My friends and I had everything we needed here for our weekend trip to Chautauqua Lake for a wedding celebration. Very clean home, great living space, and 4 nice bathrooms! This is a perfect spot for a large group.

Annual lake trip

This property was perfect for our group. Great gathering spaces and also great privacy with each room having their own designated bathroom. Hosts were great with booking process and answering any questions. This property was literally 3 minutes by car to our friends house on the lake. This was great if we forgot anything or needed to take a kiddo back for a nap. We will definitely stay again!
