It was a great location So close to Pigeon Forge There were few things wrong with it like the water in upstairs bathroom would not get hot enough. Light above spiral stairs did not work but I talked with owner so she will look into that so I would recommend it

This is a hard one because I wanted to look this place. The price was great, but we didn't spend much time there because of plans already in the area. I will say that other reviews regarding lights being out and general update needed are still accurate. While I'm sure housecleaning does a fine job with the amount of turnover this place gets, every now and then they should at least attempt a deep clean. Wipe dirt/dust off headboards, clean fans, clean Baseboards and door frame trim etc. These things didn't necessarily effect our stay because we weren't there much, but it might really matter to others who will spend more time. Again, it didn't really bother us, but when the same things are repeated in reviews, they should be addressed.

Furniture is worn out and needs to be updated. All area rugs need to be removed and replaced with non-slip rugs. Cleaning needs to be a bit better. And downstairs tub/shower needs non-slip mat or something! Pillows and bed spreads are quite worn out as well. Place is nice though and view is great, but house is just a bit dated.
