The property is spacious and spotlessly clean. It is well located for access to the landing beaches. There is a small but well equipped Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes walk.The property lacks a washing machine although the Carrefour supermarket has a coin/card operated machine by it's entrance. There is a beautiful patisserie called Les Sablés d'Asnelles, just along the main road. A little further along the road is a pleasant restaurant, La Cale. Had two appetising meals there. Booking is advised.

Very new build, close neighbourhood to shore road in Asnelles. Grocery and gas right in front, right in the middle of all things Normandy.

An amazing find in Asnelles. Beautiful house - very clean and very well decorated. Facilities within the house are great. Every kitchen utensil you can think of and plenty of herbs and spices to use. Location is great. Very close - within a 10 minute walk from Gold Beach and well placed to visit neighbouring towns and villages. Having an off road parking space is also a bonus. The supermarket is literally a stones throw away and is well stocked with all the basics and plenty of red wine! We ate in a couple of the restaurants in Asnelles and found the food to be tasty and reasonably priced. Communication regarding booking the house, check in check out etc was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again if we were returning to the area and would recommend it if you are contemplating a stay in Normandy.

Lovely modern house a stone’s throw from beach & supermarket

This is lovely modern house equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is great ( gas & induction rings). The area is totally quiet. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Who could ask for anything more?

A fantastic house with easy access to the beach and supermarket. The seating and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed. Parking was easy in the driveway. Loved our week here. The only slight problem we had was access to the Internet as there was no guest folder and the password wasn't written anywhere. Apparently it was attached to the holiday information we were sent which we couldn't access without the Internet! Luckily I had at least made a note of the key box code or we wouldn't have got in. We couldn't use our phones as there was no Internet signal on those either. This was solved with a phone call to our son in England. Overall an excellent place to stay, would definitely recommend it.

This is a three bedroom house on a quiet residential road with two double beds and a single bed. A very comfortable downstairs living layout with sofas, dining table and well equipped kitchen. The enclosed back garden is pleasant. Patio doors to front and rear allow a lovely breeze to flow through the house and you can choose to sit on patios at front or rear seeking sun or shade depending on your preference. A single car parking space in front of the garage and on street parking adjacent to the house is convenient if additional car necessary. The local Carrefour supermarket is 2 minutes walk and small but well stocked. Asnelles is a lovely quiet village close to Gold beach, an easy walk from the house of about 6 minutes. A lovely place to stay and an excellent base to explore Normandy and D-Day history. The British Memorial at Ver sur Mer is especially moving.

Perfect huis in de omgeving van de invasiestranden

Een prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien incl. tuinset. Zeer dichtbij supermarkt, tankstation, restaurants en het gezellige strand/boulevard van Asnelles. Goede/snelle communicatie met eigenaar. Een mooie plek voor het bezoeken van de invasiestranden en herdenkingsplaatsen/-musea, evenals de stad Caen. Een absolute aanrader!

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Es ist ein schönes, modernes Haus. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch der Carrefour ist direkt vor der Tür. Restaurants und Café sind ebenfalls fußläufig in der Nähe. Generell gibt es in der Region viel zu entdecken. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Maison neuve bien équipée

Très belle maison neuve avec un beau jardin à moins de 10 minutes de la plage. La cuisine est bien équipée, il ne manque de rien. La douche est au top. Le carrefour Contact est juste à côté et une boulangerie est accessible à pieds. Faites un petit détour par le salon de thé les Sablés d’Asnelle. Nous sommes venus pour les plages du débarquement et beaucoup de lieux sont à proximité. Juste une petite remarque, il aurait été sympa d’avoir une table et des chaises de jardin car nous aurions bien pris l’apéritif sur la terrasse. Merci beaucoup pour le cadeau à l’arrivée.

Parfait !

Une maison parfaite, du côté de sa fonctionnalité, ainsi que pour sa localisation.La décoration est très jolie, et le logement est très propre.Nous sommes à 6-7 min de la plage à pieds, et à 2 min à pieds d'un petit Carefour donc parfait pour des vacances tranquilles !Un grand MERCI pour notre séjour !Je conseille fortement....

Herbstwoche in der Normandie

Wunderbares neues, toll eingerichtetes bltzsauberes Ferienhaus mit jeder Menge Platz und Stauraum. Ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral für Ausflüge sowohl an die Alabasterfelsen als auch zum Mont St Michel. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Belle location neuve et bien équipée idéalement placée pour visiter les différents sites du débarquement. La plage d'Asnelles est accessible à 10 mn à pieds.

Maison confortable et conviviale

La maison est très bien décorée et spacieuse avec une belle cuisine bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Le quartier est très calme . Proximité d'un Carrefour contact bien pratique. Pour points d'amélioration. Une patère dans la salle de bains des serviettes de bain de meilleure qualité et 1 ou 2 torchons de cuisine. Bonne relation et réactivité avec la société gérante.
