Excellent apartment to stay at while visiting Paris! Very quaint and cozy, minimal, but he’s everything you will need. The host David is very friendly and prompt with his responses. Checking in and instructions to access the apartment were simple to follow. The area is well populated with the metro nearby, and many good restaurants, bars, and bakeries around to try out, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies for whatever needs you may have. The restaurant below the apartment, Le Robinet d’Or is a great spot with very good food and drinks. Overall my partner and I very much enjoyed our stay in Paris and having this apartment to come back to at the end of the night made it that much better!! Highly recommended!

A few warnings: - the ceiling is stained with water damage. - they only let you have one roll of toilet paper for your whole stay- they refill shampoo and gel bottles (our shampoo was repackaged as though new but less than 1/3 full - they threaten your deposit (I don't even think we had given one) the day before check in, saying if you aren't quiet enough getting your luggage inside they will take funds from your deposit - it's a very bare minimum stay

Wir können die hervorragenden Bewertungen nicht ganz teilen, es gab doch einige, wenn auch kleine, Mängel. Wie soll man Spülen ohne Küchenhandtuch oder den Müll runter tragen ohne Müllbeutel in der Küche, ein Küchenmesser zum Schneiden von Gemüse usw. gab es auch nicht. Kochen ist also schwierig. Ärgerlich finde ich dabei, dass andere Vormieter das schon mal angemerkt haben, aber darauf nicht reagiert wird. Die Dusche ist gut, aber das Bad und auch der Rest der Wohnung recht abgenutzt. Die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm, auch wenn sich das Bett von unten etwas auflöste. Die gute Lage haben wir genossen. Bei einem Problem mit dem Fernseher konnte der Vermieter schnell helfen. Danke dafür.

The host is very friendly and responsive, checking in is so easy, the location is also great (the vibes under the flat, with lively restaurant is an enjoyable experience). would recommend to check out the cheese shops, fruit areas nearby and the big plus of the flat is it is short walk from the train station, making the journey easy. The flat's decoration is also very pleasant.

This is a very basic but clean and safe place to stay. The st. Marten canal is so close and that is a fantastic area to walk around in. It's also very close to train/metro stations. Highly recommend

Satisfaits de ce 2ème séjour dans ce studio! Par contre il n’y avait aucun verre, ce que j’ai signalé au propriétaire mais en vain! Il manque aussi dans la salle de bains une patère ou crochet pour pendre les serviettes !Un grille-pain serait appréciable ! Idéalement situé à proximité du canal St Martin, des commerces et restos!

Le studio est excellent, propre et très bien situé. Le check-in et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. Tout était parfait, il manquerait peut-être seulement un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et des verres à vin.

Nettes, kleines Studio

Schöne Lage, direkt am Kanal Saint-Martin, mitten im Leben in Paris. Das kleine Appartement war für unseren Städtetrip zufriedenstellend ausgestattet. Auch bei wärmeren Temperaturen kann abends mittels Durchzug die Temperatur im Studio effektiv runtergekühlt werden.

Agréable séjour.

Studio agréable, propre et fonctionnel! Très bien situé géographiquement, près du métro, des commerces, restos et du canal St Martin! Bonne literie dans ce petit nid douillet!
