At your disposal, a refurbished house, very well served, surrounded by parks.<br>You cross the road and you are at the leisure island of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (wave pool, sailing, hiking, cycling, velodrome J0 2024, horse riding, climbing, children's playground, picnics, golf, farm, tree climbing, ... To the right of the house, a landscaped and quiet park welcomes you.<br>The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, a living room with comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a beautiful bathroom.<br>At the back of the house, you will enjoy a large south-facing garden of 700m2 with fruit trees, barbecue, table and chairs. <br>3 bus lines, close to the house, allow you to reach the Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines train station in 5 minutes (RER C line, La Défense (U) and Paris Montparnasse (N)). <br>Paris is 20 minutes away by car or 25 minutes by train and Versailles is about ten minutes away by train or car.
