About this property

The coolest loft in Cincinnati Area

Rare opportunity to stay along the Little Miami River and the Loveland Bike Trail at a property rich in history and character- Peters Cartridge Factory. Only 1.5 miles to Kings Island and along the bike trail and Little Miami River. Located in the same building at Cartridge Brewing Company. Property has an exercise room (open but still under construction) and a community room that is coming together as well.

This is a loft and has an industrial feel. There are many things to do nearby. Great place for a stay-vacation.

BEDROOM #1
Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut. The Queen bed is memory foam and there is a ROKU TV.

BATHROOM #1
Located in the entrance hallway, this bathroom features a full length mirror and a tub/shower combination.

KITCHEN
Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four barstools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM
The kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, fun decor, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone!

BEDROOM #2
This bedroom is in the open loft upstairs and has king size bed, ROKU TV, full length mirror and a full bathroom off the room.

We will send you further instructions on how to enter the loft building upon booking and payment.

You may only park in the open lot with the parking pass we provide.

We try to give our guests the upmost privacy and respect. If you do need us, we have a management team that is easily reached!

You will need to use our own car or a rideshare service such as Lyft or Uber.

Renovated, repurposed and reimagined, the Peters Cartridge Factory has come back to life with 134 unique apartments, that offer urban living in the suburbs with lifestyle amenities. Nestled in a natural setting, the apartments offer easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, shopping, area offices and I-71.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
• Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
• Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
• Please pick up after your dog.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Family in town for baseball tournament, the loft was a great alternative to hotel room. Place was very cool, enjoyed bike trail along river, location was great for multiple venues around Cincinnati and Cartridge Brewery was excellent.

Unique Vacation Rental

We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Voice of America complex. This rental was close by and so much better than staying at a hotel. With a full kitchen, cozy living room, office space, 2 bedrooms & baths, it was perfect. Our teenager loved the decor & enjoyed the record player.

We enjoyed our stay at the loft. It was clean and decorated nice. Only issue was advertised as sleeping 6. I do not believe 2 people sleeping on couch should be considered for sleeping 6. Not a pull out couch but just sleeping on top of sectional couch. You could not pull off the cushions to make couch cushions.
