One of Folly's Best! Seaside Villas 202 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom elevated condo that sits oceanfront in the heart of Folly Beach. It comes with 2 reserved parking spots and public beach access next door straight out onto the sand! The private balcony has a wonderful couch swing and dining furniture so that you can spend all day outside soaking up the sights and sounds around you. The kitchen is equipped and stocked for cooking and there is a laundry closet with washer and dryer in the hallway. The primary bedroom comes complete with an en suite bathroom jacuzzi tub and direct access onto the balcony. Gorgeous views can be seen from the kitchen, living room and primary bedroom. Bed types include 2 kings and a queen. The famous Folly Pier and all the shops and restaurants sit right at your feet and are all within walking distance from the unit. Seaside Villas 202 allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. The perfect vacation rental!

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The fridge, dishwasher, washer, and dryer worked well. The location is excellent, close walking distance to the pier, shopping, and restaurants. I was concerned that noise would be a problem because of the location, but it wasn't an issue.

The unit was clean, had everything you need even down to binoculars. Could not ask for a better view. Celebrated a 97th birthday. Only issues were the master bed sagged across the middle and the hot water in the showers needs to be turned down.

Excellent location!

This condo is located on the beach, next to the Folly Beach Pier and near the center of town. The condition of the condo was as good as expected based on previous reviews. Would stay here again and I highly recommend this condo to those looking for good, quality accommodations.

The pictures do not do justice to the condo, it is so much more spacious than you can tell in the pictures. This condo was white glove clean! The location is just amazing...you are so close, walking distance to anything you could want..beach, food, fun shopping!! We will definitely try and stay here again next time we come to Folly Beach!!

Just Perfect!

Location perfect, awesome views, well-stocked, comfy beds and chairs/couch, ELEVATOR, porch and large porch bed swing perfect in cooler weather with a blanket for awesome ocean and sunrise/sunset views! Our 2 pups loved it too! We have stayed on Folly many times and this condo rates number 1.

Wonderful time at Follly

We took the pups and had a great time. Lots of take-out places with great food. We even found a place where I could go with my walker and the dogs were welcome! My daughter and son in law loved the front porch swing and the spa tub! Very clean, nice music from pier, lovely view from the 2 sets of sliding glass doors. We want to stay again!

Relaxing Stay On the Beach With Our Dog

My husband and I spent a week with our senior dog at Seaside Villas 202 oceanfront condo. We had a wonderful stay. It was so convenient to "downtown" Folly Beach we only used our car to travel into Charleston for sightseeing. It was great to have the beach and pier right out our back door, and all the Folly Beach shops and restaurants were walking distance which was a big plus since parking is at a premium. The elevator was our must-have as our dog can no longer climb stairs. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace overlooking the beach, and the big swing on the terrace was a nice place to relax and read a book and listen to the ocean.

Beautiful condo in fantastic location!

The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were fairly comfortable, although the mattresses were very cushiony and not at all firm... not a major concern, just something to be aware of if you're used to sleeping on a firm mattress. The location is absolutely perfect, being right at the heart of everything! We also really enjoyed the balcony with the large couch swing, and spent every morning out there, drinking our coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean. I would definitely recommend this property, and we're already planning a trip back next year! Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Great Memorial Day Weekend 2023

The property was very nice updated from some of the pictures online and issues mentioned in other reviews. The location is amazing. The large porch is awesome with ocean/pier views, and you even get free live music from the Pier restaurant. The living room furniture appeared to be new from the pictures and the kitchen was well stocked. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the large master was very nice with ocean views. Having full baths for each bedroom was nice as well. Overall a great place especially if you want to be a very close walk to all the action on Center Street and the Pier, Berts, etc.

Fun on Folly Beach!

We visit Folly OFTEN as our daughter lives in Charleston. We always try new places, this has turned out to be one we will definitely revisit! We are all about the beach so being beach front is a must and the walkability to all our favorite Folly spots was great! We also appreciate those hosts who trust us who travel with our four-legged children! We were on the second floor and from the occupied parking spaces, believed the building was full, but inside it was completely quiet. We absolutely LOVED the porch swing for morning coffee. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for easy breakfast/lunches. Most appreciated was how clean the unit was and that it truly appeared the same as what was shown in the listing. Communication and check-in were easy. We would highly recommend Seaside Villas to anyone visiting Folly Beach!

Great location but the construction lessens the serenity

The condo was very clean and updated. We were able to walk to all the great dinner spots and enjoyed being in the center of the beah town. However, “construction on pier and pier being closed” needs more detail. This means your main access to the beach will be closed Monday thru Friday 7 am to 5 pm. However, we found a path in front of the building to the left of our building. We were told by the office to go to the left of this building and use this path. However, currently there is construction of a new complex to the left so this path was filled with glass and nails. We figured out going to the left of our building and than walking in front of the adjacent complex was safer and quick. The pier construction can be noisy but we got used to it and enjoyed seeing the sunrises. We had one night of a very noisy gathering above us and had to leave a voicemail instead of speaking with someone in real time. The situation was handled very well the next day but still had one sleepless night. This place will be exceptional when the pier is complete - 2023. We would have liked a more detailed heads up on how the construction would effect us but really had a great week.

History in the making with sunrise

Interesting to write about this as we were older family members with me 92 and a son somewhat frail from cancer treatment. Pet beds were too high for me to be able to get them into and out of safely. I could not be disappointed as you did not advertise them differently. Son found the master bedroom just perfect for him. It was the best appointed Folly beachhouse we’ve stayed in on Folly over a period of 20 years. It was fun to watch the pier construction and the sunrise simultaneously. Guitar music on the restaurant porch was a surprise touch. A good experience.

Wonderful family vacation!

This was our first family vacation with our 10 month old. It was a wonderful experience and great location! The views were great and being in walking distance to everything is so convenient.

Great trip!

The condo was great! After driving ten hours, we arrived 50 minutes before check-in, but didn't want to pay the extra money to check-in early. Most condos we have stayed at also provided beach chairs, but that was an extra fee as well. Overall, the condo was perfect- we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, and we loved being able to walk to all the restaurants! After accidentally leaving something behind the day we left, we were thankful for the great communication, and how quickly it was mailed back to us! Much appreciated!
