We’ve been coming to Folly Beach for many, many years and this is the BEST house we’ve stayed in by far! Five adults and two tiny dogs and we never felt crowded due to the excellent layout. Thirty second walk to the beach and fantastic views from the balcony. Can’t wait to book again!

The house was perfect. The location couldn’t be any better -being only steps away from the sand. The house was immaculate and we couldn’t ask for anything more… We’ve even booked again for next year

The house and location were simply amazing. Everything a family needs in one place. Go to the grocery on your drive in and you can stay for a week and never leave. Plenty to do downtown or in Charleston if you want, or be a beach bum, sip a margarita and enjoy the beach.

We had a wonderful beach getaway! The home was charming, clean, and pet-friendly, with a lovely porch overlooking the ocean. It was located on the quiet end of Folly Beach. Plenty of parking. The amenities were great, and we especially appreciated the extra beach towels. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, a spacious island, and beautiful ocean views. The updated bathrooms and good water pressure were also a plus. There were a few minor maintenance issues. The accordion door to the laundry room came off its bent track, and the outdoor ceiling fan on the porch was very rusty and did not work. Additionally, my husband and I found the mattresses to be lumpy and uncomfortable.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Stay!

We loved the house and the location. Plenty of room for our family for the week. Amenities are great and the full size w/d was key. The location is amazing. Steps to the beach, beautiful view and so much space for walks, fishing and playing with the dogs. Everyone we met was super friendly, too.
