Nice private villa but not near to a beach

We had a lovely time in Andalucia and the local town residents were very friendly the villa is located in a residential area not in a holiday resort, there is a lovely coast line with fantastic beaches but they are a 15 to 20 minute drive away, the villa is clearly a well loved home with all the facilities needed, could benifit from a little updating.

House in need of a little TLC

The bedrooms and bathroom was damp (and there was mould on one of the bedroom walls), and the house not very clean when we arrived. It is in need of a little tender love and care (TLC) to update and refresh it a bit. The house is situated close to a beautiful forrest and a few beaches, but the village itself is not so interesting. The garden is nice and protected it's fenced in and good for kids and dogs.

Pues vamos a ver.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, super betreuung.
