Large 470 square foot guest suite with king bed, wicker sitting area, TV, large closet with Keurig, Refrigerator, and Microwave. Your space comes with an adjacent landing/library and full bath, all on the second floor of our home. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac 1/2 mile from Thomas Point Beach and campground and one-mile to Cooks Corner. Historic Bath, Maine is less than 10 minutes away with history, architecture, and a lovely downtown area for shopping and a sweet park by the Kennebec River that hosts a farmers market. Reid State Park and Popham beach are also nearby. Brunswick is home to Bowdoin College, historical museums, many wonderful restaurants, music, arts, and shopping, all about five minutes away. There's great golfing all around and the Brunswick Executive Airport for flying lessons or tours can be had only two miles away.
Located three miles from Bowdoin College and 10 minutes to Bath, this large new-build offers a second floor 360 sq ft bed room with King size bed and roomy sitting area with a TV. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower and a 110 sq ft “landing library” for a comfortable spot to read and relax. The space also has a coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator. We even include bathrobes.

The Brunswick Landing (former Naval Air Base) is home to many new businesses including schools, a fantastic bakery, a brewery, and golf course.
Bath, Maine is a beautiful 10 minute drive away to the east where you can visit the Maine Maritime Museum, a Saturday farmers market, lovely downtown shopping, and access to lighthouses and Reid State Park / Popham Beach. There are also walking tours and boat tours on the Kennebec River.
To the west, three miles away is Bowdoin College and the town of Brunswick. The Joshua Chamberlain Museum and Harriet Beecher Stowe House are just a couple of the historic sites. There are walking trails along the Androscoggin River, a park with concerts every Wednesday during the summer, art shows, and a farmers market in the beautiful downtown park. Restaurants and stores along Maine Street could keep you occupied for hours.

Hosted by Susan Davis
We are semi-retired and recently moved to Maine from Santa Fe, NM. Jeff previously taught middle school science and Susan was most recently a training director and she previously owned a bed and breakfast in Bar Harbor, Maine. We love Maine and love sharing information about our fabulous state. We take a personalized approach toward all of our guests and plan to give you the best guest experience we can.
Why they chose this property
Our house backs up to a forest and we are very centrally located to many activities. The house is new and we love sharing it. The guest space is on the second floor of our home. When you are with us only you use the front entrance.
