Fantastic location for our meeting at the Hilton. The kitchen was so well equipped, in fact, best we’ve ever had in Hawai’i. We love to cook and this place had everything we needed. The condo was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, coolers, boogie boards and other beach gear. The Ocean Club and restaurant was fantastic, felt like a private resort. This place is a gem.

The property was beautiful and it was in a perfect location. The little touches such as the beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and snorkel equipment really added to our stay! I would highly recommend this and would definitely return!!!

Property has many amenities. Well stocked with beach gear like boogie boards, mats, beach chairs. Site did have restaurant and bar closed a couple of days which was a bummer when using the pool. Would stay again.

Great condo, super appartment. All amenities and utilities you need to spend a beautiful vacations. Absolut highlight is the club with pacific views and a great pool/restaurant/bar/gym. Just be aware that you need to pay 25$/day/person as kind of resort fee…..

This condo was perfect for our vacation with family. Loved the first floor with lanai on the 6th hole of golf course with ocean view. We used the gold golf membership for discounted golf fees. The Perfect Condo

Great Beach Condo

Had an amazing week at this beautiful condo. We watched sunsets while sipping cocktails, cooked lovely breakfasts, took advantage of the beach chairs and towels and enjoyed pool time, workouts and happy hour at the pool at Ocean Club within walking distance! Best of all we got to meet the hosts, Debbie & Jim, who were very kind to us and we really enjoyed talking to. Looking forward to returning to paradise again soon. Fabulous condo and great location for exploring the west coast. Condo is really well equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear. Resort is lovely, beautiful sunsets from the patio or from the poolside lounge chairs, cocktail in hand. Shopping and dining close by or larger supermarket 15mins drive. We appreciated the info shared by hosts Debbie and Jim, who were also very responsive to any questions I had. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent Big Island location

My wife and I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hali’i Kai 8C. This unit is situated perfectly to enjoy the sunset every evening. It is well stocked with all that you would expect a first class vacation lodging to have, from kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and beach fun gear. It was hard for us to not be there for sunset, so we ate at the Ocean Club, or grilled on the patio. Important to us, the beds were excellent and on the firm side. We have found our home base on the Big Island.

I need more time!!!

This condo turned out to be perfect for our needs. Nicely furnished, meticulously clean and a super comfy bed in the master. Going to bed tired every night after a full day of activities, I hadn’t slept so good in quite a while. Condo has easy access to activities and shopping....even a Starbucks nearby which is the lifeblood for my wife. We would definitely return in the future.

Tranquility !!

You could not ask for a better location. Far enough away from the golfers with a lovely view of the ocean. Two golf courses minutes away with more not too far. The condo is great with big screen TV's in the bedrooms and the family room. The kitchen actually had utensils, cookie sheets, pots and pans and stemmed wine glasses !! First time we've stayed at a condo and have not had to go out and buy something that was missing :>) The bar/restaurant area at the pool is great. The staff is excellent and very friendly. There is a bbq on the lanai and we made good use of it. Very pleasant mornings and evenings outside gazing out at the golf course and ocean. We highly recommend spending your vacation here. The owners were a joy to work with. Mahalo

Gorgeous, comfortable, well stocked condo

Debbie and Jim were great to work with. They were very responsive and helpful. This is one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have stayed in. There is an abundance of beach towels, chairs, along with several other items to make beach days enjoyable. The king bed in master room was very comfortable. If it wasn't for the 5am wake up call from the people above sleep would have been even more enjoyable. The twin beds in the 2nd room were nice to have for our 2 kids. The sunsets were amazing! The pool is beautiful. Most days we did not have trouble finding chairs, but there were a couple days where it was quite busy. There are some great beaches near by and a wonderful walking trail along the coast. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hali’i Kai 8C. The space is perfect for 4 adults or a small family at most. Would say the photos don’t do the lanai justice, the view was wonderful. We must have lucked out as unit 8 was super quiet the week we were there. Comfy king size bed, super clean, well-stocked kitchen. Living room furniture is also comfy and the whole space just allows you to relax. Plenty of beach amenities (chairs/towels/coolers/umbrella/etc). The pool was nice as was the restaurant, again, maybe we went on a slow week but there were plenty of chairs and the staff was super friendly. There is a $25/day resort fee that you pay when you arrive and check in, it is NOT included the fees paid through VRBO. Also no outside food/drink in the pool area. Still, the area is really well maintained and the pool is great, so worth it, IMO. Will definitely try to book this place again if we’re able to in the future!
