This newly renovated, bright penthouse apartment for 4 people is located in a beautiful and well-kept, small complex in the heart of the small fishing village of Cala Figuera. The upstairs (2nd Floor) has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room with dining area. Likewise, a new, large shower room and an additional guest toilet. The newly furnished kitchen completes the facility. German satellite TV and a BBQ grill are also available. Outside, in addition to the terrace with a dining table for 4 people, you will also find a huge roof terrace with a large sun and lounging area just for you. A fantastic view of the gentle hills at Alqueria Blanca, as well as a great sea view complete this area with its spacious area.
Enjoy the pool and then go to your own sun terrace, have a barbecue and watch the sun go down ... that's it.

Sehr empfehlenswert für entspannten Urlaub in Cala Figuera und Umgebung

Tolle Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen, gut ausgestattet, zwei sehr schöne Terrassen, ein mit anderen Wohnungen geteilter Pool (den wir am Ende gar nicht benutzt hatten, weil die Badestelle von Cala Figuera so nah ist und im Umfeld so viele mit wenigen Autominuten erreichbare traumhafte Buchten zum Baden einladen) und ein wirklich prima Gastgeber. Da kommt man gerne wieder! :)

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a locely, quiet seaside village. Perfect place to unwind.

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a relaxing family or couples holiday. Great access to shops and restaurants within easy walking distance - even in the heatwave we had whilst there. Michael was a great host and very welcoming on arrival. Giving us a tour in fluent English (thank you) which we're very grateful for. The children loved the pool and we all loved the balcony and roof terrace for eating out. Kitchen is really well appointed with everything we needed. Thank you
