Family sized Condo with bay views AND golf views. Short walk to the beach!

My Wife and I fell in love with this area and this condo because we love the water and this unit has water views from every window and patio. We also love the open floorplan, the spacious bedrooms and the two deck areas with one large deck that fronts a wetland area over looking Galveston Bay and seats 12 easily and the other deck off the master that seats two and overlooks a large pond and the Gulf of Mexico in the distance.

Pointe West is an exclusive resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills for the guests use during their stay. Enjoy the pool bar and restaurant, Smore's by the Sunset Pool, kid's crafts, Dive-in Movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).

Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us we have information on these items and other things you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.

The homeowner offers a 5% discount to military and veterans. Any guest staying over 7 days is offered a 10% discount off of the rent!

You are only approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston (The Strande), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away so we recommend guests stop on their way in so they never have to leave their vacation getaway! However if you do need supplies on the fly there is an amazingly well-stocked store in Sea Isle and Jamaica Beach . They have fresh meats and seafood and many gourmet items throughout the store, along with some cool seaside gifts, clothes, and essentials.

The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children 3 and younger do not pay)for use of the Beach Club, Sunset Pools, fitness center, and game room during your stay at Pointe West . No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. . The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception everyday during business hours(9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. Temporary bands to enjoy the restaurant or shop in the Gift shop are available upon request during your stay.
