We loved our stay in Nice, the flat was cozy and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The area is very close to shops and transport, we were able to walk everywhere. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again for another time.

Great Location

The flat is in a perfect location, you can easily reach the train station or Place Massena in few minutes by foot. The host was great too, very communicative and accommodating. She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

Host was excellent and the property was clean and had everything needed. There is a lift in the building to take you to the top floor. The balcony shown in the photos is no longer accessible as it is used for the air conditioner. However, there is a larger balcony off the main living room which is excellent. Air conditioning in main bedroom works well. We stayed with our two children (5 and 8) on the large pull out bed in living room and it was cool enough for them to sleep well. Great location, only 5 mins walk to Nice train station or Notre Dame and 20mins to the sea front. 300m to the Gare Thiers tram stop. Lovely bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet area at night.

Spacious and decent

The apartment was very spacious and had multiple Juliet balconies which looked out onto the city. The apartment looked as listed and had everything we needed. The problems we had included not receiving any check in instructions and we had difficulties finding the building and then again finding the unit. The apartment was also not in the safest area. We also were not given toilet paper and were told we had to buy our own. Overall the apartment was fine but would not recommend if you plan to spend lots of time there.

The flat is in the city centre of Nice that is a very safe place. There are cameras everywhere and police. It is a cosmopolitan because it very central. It is not necessary to frighten people... I have never been stolen or mugged. I remember sending you bitterest of the building for the access. Usually there is no issue to find the building. And for the toilet paper. I am very sorry. Usually there is always one paper roll left in the flat. Big error. And I am very sorry for that. I told you to buy one because I leave far from Nice and I was not able to come back for a paper roll available in the shop next to the building. It is important to explain the context in comments.
