🌄 Access & Winter Travel Notes Reaching this breathtaking mountaintop retreat comes with just a short stretch of scenic driving approximately 1.7 miles of well-maintained gravel road leading to the home. This road is easily navigable most of the year; however, during winter months, 4-wheel drive is required and snow chains are strongly recommended (many rental companies can provide them upon request). Please plan to drive slowly—about 5–10 mph on curves—and be mindful of wildlife, as deer, elk, and antelope frequently cross the roads. And in true Montana spirit, don’t forget to wave at neighbors you pass, it’s part of local charm!
❄️ Snow Plowing We ensure the driveway is plowed and accessible for your arrival day. Once checked in, any additional plowing during your stay or upon your departure is the guest’s responsibility. The HOA maintains plowing of the main access roads and surrounding community. Recommended snow plow service contacts are posted inside the home. We advise reaching out early if a storm is forecasted during your stay so service can be scheduled in advance.
Uber, Lyft, and public transportation are not available in Paradise Valley; however, you can easily find local drivers for hire with a simple online search.
🐾 Pets Welcome We happily allow up to 3 well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee of $20 per pet, per night. Please make sure to select the correct number of pets at the time of booking so Airbnb can automatically include the fee. If pets are added after booking, or if the number changes, please notify us right away so we can send a reservation adjustment via email for the accurate total. Pet Fee will be added as a "Reservation Alteration" and sent to your email. Please accept the Reservation Alteration promptly so everything is documented correctly.
🔐 Damage Protection & Verification To help ensure a safe and worry-free stay for everyone, we have partnered with Truvi, the leading guest-verification platform. Before your stay begins, you will receive a secure link to verify your booking details and ID. At that time, you will be given two options for property protection: • A refundable deposit, or • A $35 non-refundable damage waiver that provides up to $1,000 coverage for accidental damage This protects both our guests and our property, and streamlines any unexpected issues.

About the host
Hosted by Kameko and Ryan Ramirez
My love of Montana began when I was just 11 yrs. old while on a cross country road trip from Southern California with my parents, 3 siblings and our Labrador puppy, all cozied up in a small truck camper for over 3 weeks. That Montana love spell struck me hard and I dreamt one day when I was "grown up" I'd come back but the next time, I'd stay awhile. At last, that lifelong dream has come true. Now we are here hoping to share some of our Emigrant Montana love with visitors. We can't wait for you to experience the beauty and magnificence of this town, the warmth and welcome of the locals, to see for yourselves why it's aptly named Paradise Valley, and why Montana is the "Last Best Place".
