Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool, or the South Padre Island night life, (or all three!) this is the perfect location for your stress free South Padre Island Getaway! This spacious 2nd floor condo, in a small quiet residential complex, is decorated with beautiful contemporary furnishings with a tropical flair, its features include vaulted ceilings and TVs in every room.

You can swim in the tropical pool that you share with only the seven other condos in this complex or the Gulf, whichever you choose. Within a short distance of all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped and furnished with granite countertops and great appliances. A washer/dryer and reserved tandem parking add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!

Great location and walking distance to the beach

The condo was really nice and conveniently located on the island. Parking was provided and close to the entrance of the condo. The check in process was good and the lady provided a lot of information about the Island to us. I would definitely stay here again

Clean, comfortable and close to beach

We didn't have the best weather at Christmas so it helped a lot that it was comfortable to stay in this unit. Very clean and convenient. Great fish market right behind the unit.

Beautiful spot in SPI

The condo is very comfortable. The location is more towards the north end of the island so it's a little quieter but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Nice small deck to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. You can see a sliver of blue lagoon water from the deck. There is a small pool in the development as well. The grocery store was very nice and had everything we needed.

Very Satisfied

We were for time visitors and were extremely satisfied with the property. It was super clean, convenient location and it was quiet at night. The only downfall was we were told there is a permanent resident there who sometimes says things to guests, that put a little bit of oh no in the back of my mind. We seen her several times and she was pleasant each time, but then again we aren't to loud anyway. Overall we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit San Padre!

Sea Shell Isle 2D

The property was the cleanest which we have stayed in at SPI. Enjoyed having a balcony for use when windy. Pool is not heated. That would be a benefit. Furniture is okay. TVs were easy to control. Easy walk to beach access point. Drawback is the steps to the condo. Renter needs to be good shape to carry up belongings. We did 2-man carries for larger pieces. I would not recommend for elderly.
