Cute, rustic house with a beautiful view.

Everything was really good with our stay, the house was very clean and the neighbors we met were really friendly, but we had a few issues using things at the house that we asked for assistance with and we just didn't receive any or very little communication back. I would recommend this place, but would be leary about communication with the owners.

Beautiful view a great location

Our youth group was attending an event at the DECC. This home was a great location and a short drive away. One of our youth leaders was so impressed that he may book the home for a vacation with is family.

Amazing Stay with a Great View!

It’s a great property to stay at, lots of bedrooms and a full kitchen. The bathrooms are nice, but bring your own shampoo and conditioner! Fantastic views overlooking Duluth you can’t beat! Highly recommend this stay to all :)

Weekend away

Standard accommodations. Had everything offered. Plenty of space in each bedroom to store suitcases. They provide shovel for you to clear staircase as needed. If you're planning to cook all of your meals at the VRBO plan on paying the trash fee. The bedrooms all require using stairs. Was great to have off street parking but that requires lots of stairs.Plenty of seating and provide folding tables which you will need in the dining room for meals. Only one pillow per person so bring your own extras for blankets in living room and pillows at bedtime. Must bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Owners provide bar soap and one set of hotel style shampoo/conditioner. More than reasonable price for offering and likely a great summer option as well. I would stay again but wait until my kids were a little bigger.

Cute but not comfy

This place is nice and has all the “needs” but the beds are pretty uncomfortable and I find it odd that it can sleep up to 9 people but does not have the space to seat up to 9 people for a meal.

Big house with great views

We booked this property for a short getaway in Duluth. It is close enough to everything that you could want to do without all the traffic. It has a great view of the lake. The house was pretty big and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. Two thumbs up and a high five.

Our party of 9 were comfortable. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any house I've rented. We'll definitely rent this home again when we're in the area

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed staying on the historic Skyline Parkway. It was the perfect house for my husband and I to share with our adult children for the weekend. The property was clean & comfortable and I'd book there again!

Up North

We do annual “sisters” trip and Duluth was this year’s destination. We found this home to be a perfect fit. Comfy beds, uber clean, lots of space to spread out and yet gather together. The view from the front porch is awesome as you can see downtown, ships coming and going and far out into Lake Superior. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Time in Duluth with the grandkids.

The property worked well for our three generations of family. I slept peacefully downstairs while the grandkids and their parents slept upstairs.

In town for a wedding

We pretty much needed a place to sleep for my husband and me, our adult kids and grandkids. The location was great, the house was great with everything you need. Pillow situation was a little lacking but we made it work.

Getaway with my mother

My mom, who lives in NC, has always wanted to see Duluth and Lake Superior. We chose to stay at this property and were not disappointed. The house was just as described, clean and has a great view. We wont hesitate to stay tjere again.

Wonderful home in the perfect location!

Warm and welcoming feeling right when you walk in the door. It was clean and had all the amenities of home! Plus the harbor views (especially from the second floor front bedroom) were amazing! My kids really enjoyed seeing Lake Superior and the ships. Host Chad was responsive, attentive and kind! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Sibling trip

All 8 of us agreed the property was great. Steps and back path are a bit of a challenge. Fun to have a view of the harbor. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had plenty of utensils. The forget- me - nots were in bloom and we saw 4 thousand footers come in during our stay. Frosting on the cake.
