Our family stayed here during a hot weekend in July and really enjoyed this house. Plenty of room, clean, easy check-in, and conveniently located to other properties other family members had reserved. We would stay here again and recommend it .

We stayed at this property because my daughter's wedding was the next weekend. We needed some space to organize flowers and rearrange & pack bins to take to the venue. This house was perfect on space! We had a wonderful stay and slept very comfortably!

Convenient in a quiet neighborhood

We used the Vrbo for overflow during Christmas, using it just for overnights. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great property

This property was spacious and functional for our family group. House was easy to get to and allowed us to go out and about in Ames while visiting our ISU student. Great communication with the owner and an overall lovely place to stay.

Comfortable and roomy house close to ISU

We really enjoyed the house. It was roomy, spotless and comfortable. There were five adults in our group for a family visit and trip to the State Fair. The house has everything you need and is very conveniently located.

Concert

Friends and I came to Ames for a concert. The place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Great location. The host was excellent to work it. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Another Great Stay

We have stayed here several times, and each time it has been great. The host is easy to reach and always available if anything is needed. The house is clean, well-stocked and feels like home! This was a great place to stay for our Homecoming Weekend! Thanks Nick!

Short family event/gathering

Was perfect and spacious for our family and a dog. Was easy to access and the owner was prompt in responding when we had questions. We did not utilize the outdoor space unfortunately, but it looked great.

Great Accommodations

We all were in town for a funeral of a family member. This allowed some of is to be in the same location. The house was very comfortable, it was easy to communicate with owner, and location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go. It was a great experience, way better than a hotel.

Excellent Choice!

I traveled up from Texas to join my family because my brother was having surgery in Ames. The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, comfortable, clean and great location with easy access to everything in surrounding areas. It was a great choice!

Football Weekend

We were in town for a football game at Iowa State and our stay was perfect! Nick was very helpful and instantly responded to any messages, as well as showed up to the house quickly when something needed to be fixed. It was a beautiful house and neighborhood. Tons of room for the 7 of us and our 2 pups!

Family Get Together

This served our needs because we just needed a place for overflow. The rest of the group stayed with members of our family who live in Ames. We weren't there most of the time, but we enjoyed our mornings on the deck, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The Keurig got a good workout.

Great Home and Location

We definitely enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We had a 11 month old that slept well in the master closet - where it was dark and quiet. The bedrooms are very bright - skylights in the bonus room. Cozy living room. The outdoor fireplace looked great but it was raining when we were there. Easy communication with owner.

Great experience from start to finish! Top notch rental home!

We just spent 3 nights at this beautiful home over a football weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed. The outdoor area with the built in fireplace allowed for a wonderful evening outside. We have stayed in many rental units so we know how this compares. The owner had everything you could possibly need available to us. They have thought of every little minor detail to make the stay effortless. When we contacted the owner at any time, he responded within minutes to any question we had. I can't say enough good things about this rental experience. So glad we came across this property.
