12/10 stay!!The pictures don't do the house justice! Very beautiful home, with lots of space for guests and to just relax. The neighborhood is in the perfect spot where one can access all of the fun things in Ames (football, campus, Azteca, etc.) While coming home to a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and my group loved the downstairs couch for movies! We can't wait to come back again!

The host was an excellent communicator and worked hard to be sure things went well during our stay. It was a nice house and a very nice neighborhood. Backyard space is very large. The dedicated toy room would be a wonderful addition when traveling with young kids. The garage parking is a nice plus and the two driveway spaces are ample. The beds are very comfy, the showers have amazing water pressure and the space is well thought out. We would highly recommend this property!

Our experience was a nice, quiet neighborhood. The children enjoyed the toys, games, and books. A Fareway grocery store just a few blocks away provided our grocery needs. The house itself was clean and pleasant.

We stayed as a family of 4 during a recent college tour. The house is very well appointed with everything you’d need and is very clean and tidy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the 4 of us and communication with Kiley was great. Excellent neighborhood with coffee shop and restaurants nearby - would definitely recommend.
