Great location, near downtown old town, close to metro and plenty of restaurants and shops. Great spaced out townhome, between downstairs room and upstairs bedrooms. Was perfect for my visit with family. The check in process was a few extra steps but the host was really helpful and provided lots of tips for things to do and see throughout the trip. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to DC.

We're thrilled you enjoyed the great location and found our townhome perfect for your family visit. Your feedback on the check-in process is appreciated, and we can’t wait to welcome you back on your next trip to DC!
Close proximity to Metro for the win! Great location close to groceries (Trader Joes a close walk, Giant grocery a block off Potomac Yard stop), restaurants, and churches. Being so close to Metro, bus stop, and airport it is not quiet, so bring earplugs if a light sleeper! House was mostly clean, had fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer were an added benefit. Host was responsive.

Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed our great location. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful stay!
My family drove in for a long weekend and really enjoyed our visit. The property manager is so responsive and helpful. The location was convenient and a short walk to charming Old Town.
This property is great! Access to the metro and the amenities of Old Town couldn't be better. Comfortable and well appointed. And the offstreet parking is the icing on the cake!
We enjoyed our stay. The place was a great location for us as we travelled the D.C. region, and then also easily walked to all sorts of places in Old Town, too. The place was the perfect size - great for my husband, mother and me. Cozy, had everything we needed, and the host made sure to check in with us via email to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!
The property is a very nice place, newly remodeled, well appointed and in a very great neighborhood (Old Town). It is so close to the water and all the amazing restaurants and shops in that area. Also a Traders Joe's and Starbucks within a few blocks - so really everything you need. Place was clean, well stocked and communication was a breeze. Highly recommended!
Property was a perfect home base for exploring DC and Old Town Alexandria. One block to Braddock Street Station. One stop from King Street restaurants and shopping in Old Town. Easy access to delicious restaurants without transit. Parking for one car in back. Owner is easy to communicate with and courteous. Thank you for a lovely home stay!
The property was perfect for our trip. Our group was 4 adults, consisting of myself, my husband and our two adult daughters. We were there to move our youngest into an apartment for grad school and had plenty of space to store items as they were delivered. The unit was clean and the owner was very easy to work with.
This house is in a great location for visiting both Alexandria and the D.C. area. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and across the street from the Metro Station. It suited our needs for a stay during the week. Plenty of space for 5 people and a stocked kitchen with utensils, spices, dishes, etc. The host is an excellent communicator before, during, and after your stay. He always got back to me within a few hours and addressed every need.
We enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated several amenities that reflected advance thinking about the needs of guests. They may seem obvious but you would be surprised that not all hosts anticipate them. Power strips near beds and chairs/sofas so you can plug in electronics anywhere you are and don't have to search for outlets.Everything you need for coffee/tea already set out for you.Cold drinks and sweets for your arrival.Shampoo and bodywash in every bathroom, and enough towels for everyone for a week.Great communication and rapid response to questions.Links to sites with info about the area and what it has to offer. This property is very close to public transit, very safe, very comfortable. A winner!
Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer.
Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down.
Other than that, it was a fun stay.
This property is good for people who are used to sleeping with loud traffic noise, but we'd recommend a different location for people more used to a quiet environment. The short distance to the metro station is fantastic and the home is on a bus route with buses running early until well after midnight. The convenience is fabulous but the trade-off is constant loud traffic noise early in the morning and late into the night, making sleep difficult. Despite this, the beds were clean and comfortable and we loved the pillows. Some of the fittings and furnishings are a little stained or run down - for example, we could not lower one of the blinds which impacted a little on our privacy and security.
4pm check-in meant we needed to organise third party bag storage at another location for around $40US.
We appreciated the communication with our host, which was generally timely, and the complementary water on arrival.
This was a beautiful property across the street from the Braddock Road metro station. It made visiting the sites super easy. We cooked almost all of our meals in the house and slept six comfortably. One bed is a pull out, one bed is a queen that is super comfortable and a double that is comfortable as well. The hosts were friendly, informative, and responsive. We were about six blocks from Trader Joe’s and two blocks from a Starbucks. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and could easily get to the river to run along the paved trail. Alexandria is a great city to explore some colonial history. Being close to the station had its advantages and disadvantages because of the traffic noise
