HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL & SPA
• Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature.
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Bella Vida Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Wednesdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

PARKING
• Guests staying at a townhouse or villa must use the nearest parking spaces depending on their location.
• Guests staying at a single-family home must park completely inside the driveway. If there’s not enough space, extra vehicles must be parked in the designated spots near the Clubhouse.
BLOCKING OR PARTIALLY COVERING THE SIDEWALK IS NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance — even by a few inches — and may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
• When guests arrive at the entrance gate they need to register with the Envera kiosk that is located next to the Guard House. Guests do not need to complete any registration at the Clubhouse.
• Each Townhome and Villa will be allowed 4 vehicles. Single Family homes are allowed 6 vehicles unless it’s a 10-bedroom or larger home and it’s then allowed 8 vehicles.
• Parking on the street or grass is not permitted, vehicles can be towed at the owner’s expense. All commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, and boats shall be parked in an enclosed garage at all times. It is not allowed to park these types of vehicles within the Community and will be towed at the owner’s expense.

CLUBHOUSE
• Clubhouse schedule is Monday – Sunday, from 9am until 6pm. Indoor Amenities are: Fitness Room, Movie Room, Gathering Room, Computer Room, Game Room.
• Outdoor amenities are from 8am until sunset – Community Pool/Spa, Basketball Court, Volleyball Sand Court and Playground.
• Photo ID is required for guest to rent game room equipment, basketball or volleyball and to use Movie Room.

TRASH
• Trash Valet Service is provided every day except on Sundays and Wednesdays – starting after 6am.
• All trash must be bagged (13 gallon trash bags) and be placed inside the trash bench. They can also put the trash bags next to the trash bench or in top of it, if it doesn’t fit inside. Trash cannot be left on ground or by the curb. Garbage Company will not collect any heavy bags or trash bags left on ground or by the curb.
